Seychelles are very different. Mauritius offers the greater potential due to its larger size and relative
affluence; the country is well developed, with 3G/4G services and a modest wireline broadband market. The
Seychelles is very small and is only just progressing to high-speed broadband due to its isolated location
and lack of high-value primary industries. Return on investment will now come from service differentiation
and value-added rather than through organic expansion.
