usage, uptake and monetisation. As most mobile voice markets are now saturated, non-legacy services such
as mobile data, value-added services like mobile financial services (MFS) and video on demand (VOD), and
converged service offerings will drive growth at the regional level. That said, customers will remain pricesensitive
so the transition to a more data-centric and converged service market will be gradual and uneven
across the region.
