BMI View: Growth in Costa Rica's construction industry will accelerate from 2017 forward, following a
steep downturn in the growth rate in 2016. This will be driven by a number of high-value transport projects,
including the USD1bn Port of Moin Container Terminal. However, we note continued risks in a country
prone to severe project delays.
