BMI View: Low interest rates and tax cuts continue to drive the Australian new vehicle sales market to new
highs. This quarter, we maintain our 2016 sales forecast of 5.0% y-o-y growth, with commercial vehicles to
outperform passenger cars.
? Sales figures for 7M16 bear out our view that 2016 will be another record-breaking year for Australian
new vehicle sales.
